Our plans include core software updates, integrating new releases of the software that makes your site tick, security scans to protect against malware, uptime monitoring, spam management and deletion, removal of unnecessary trash files that slow your site down, and general website upkeep that is all detailed in a monthly report sent directly to your inbox.  Your customized report will include an easy to read snapshot of information specific to your website outlining the care we've provided for your site during the month. Information includes:

History of Full Website Backups / Updated WordPress Releases / Updated Plugins / Security Scans and Results / Performance Scans and Results / Amount of Spam Cleanup / Overview of Removal of Trash Files

Our WordPress website maintenance plans ensure that your website remains healthy and operates at optimum levels.  And as part of each plan is time dedicated to helping you improve your website to attract more customers.  It's like having tech support on staff.  Think of a Website Maintenance Plan like health insurance, website-style.

Along with email support and consulting calls (depending on your plan of choice), we also provide you with access to video tutorials right in your WordPress dashboard.  We aim to help you learn about, or refresh your knowledge of, updating your site's content with confidence when you want to take a hands-on approach.

Included with the website maintenance plan for the Manage It All and Stellar plans, we offer consulting calls.  These calls are great for talking through new concepts.  Wondering if an idea will work or how to implement it?  We'll walk you through it.  If you need some coaching on website best practices for lead generation, we can help with that, too.  The time can be used however you like. The Maintain plan does not include a consulting call, however, the 30 minutes of support can be used for consulting instead of on-site updates.

Included with your dedicated WordPress maintenance plan, you can make requests for just about anything as it relates to your site within the allocated support time for your website care plan.
